Il B&B, completamente ristrutturato in modo elegante e funzionale nel Dicembre 2015, è situato al primo piano di una tranquilla palazzina degli anni ’60 in zona Campo Marte: uno dei quartieri residenziali più verdi di Firenze, alle pendici delle colline di Fiesole e Settignano.
A soli 10 minuti dal centro storico della città, raggiungibile facilmente in autobus con le linee 6 e 20 (la fermata dista solo 50 metri dal nostro B&B).
Nelle vicinanze si trovano lo Stadio Comunale Artemio Franchi, il Mandela Forum e la Stazione ferroviaria di Campo di Marte.
Nella stessa strada del B&B si trovano supermercati, farmacie, sportelli bancari, bar, ristoranti e pizzerie convenzionati con noi. C’è inoltre la possibilità di parcheggiare gratuitamente nei dintorni.
La struttura è composta da 3 ampie camere. Una camera matrimoniale con bagno, una camera matrimoniale + lettino con bagno esterno ad uso privato, e una terza camera con 2 posti letto da abbinare alla camera da 3 posti per le famiglie e gruppi più numerosi.
La mattina il B&B offre una ricca colazione dolce e salata da gustare in compagnia degli altri ospiti, in una cucina accogliente provvista di bollitore, forno microonde, distributore di cereali, macchina per caffè espresso e thermos con latte, caffè e the.
Our B&B was completely renewed in an elegant and functional way in December 2015. It’s located on the fisrt floor of a quiet building built in the 60s, in the area called Campo di Marte, one of the most green residential neighborhoods of Florence. It is also near the famous hills of Fiesole and Settignano, known for their breathtaking landscapes.
I twill take just 10 minutes to reach the center of the city, and the bus stop is very close to our BnB.
In the surroundings there is the Artemio Franchi Stadium, The Mandela Forum and the Campo di Marte station, where everyday trains depart for Roma, Naples and many other great italian cities.
In the area there are many shops, ATMs and restauranys which have special agreements with our BnB. It is also easy to park close to the aparatments.
The BnB has three large rooms:
A double bedroom with private bathroom
A double bedroom + a single bed with exclusive separated bathroom
A third bedroom with two beds to add to the room with three beds for small groups or big families
We provide a rich sweet and savoury breakfast that you can enjoy with the other hosts in a cozy kitchen equipped with a boiler, a microwave oven, an espresso machine and hot milk, coffee and tea.
